The term Hangin Out Forums shall apply to not only Hangin Out Forums, but any and all sites making use of Hangin Out Forums services, regardless of what those services may be, throughout this Terms Of Service.
Description Of Services
Hangin Out Forums currently provides users with access to forums, message boards, member profiles, chats, and more. In order to use the services here, you must be connected to the web, either directly or through devices allowing access to web based content. Plus, you must provide all equipment necessary for your connection to the web, including a computer and modem, or other device. Please be aware certain areas of Hangin Out Forums may contain adult or mature content. You must be at least 18 years of age to access such areas.
Registering
You will need to provide a valid email, user ID, and password to register with any of the services on this site. You must also agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself on the registration form, keep it up to date and accurate, and be at least 13 years of age. Those found committing fraud will have their account terminated, and refused future service.

Member Conduct
Hangin Out Forums does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of member placed content. You understand you may be exposed to things you might find offensive, indecent or objectionable. Hangin Out Forums is not responsible, nor liable, for content made by individual members. The member who places the content accepts all responsibility, and liability, for their content on registering.
Things you will not do here:
- You will not upload, post or otherwise transmit, things that are unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
- You will not harm minors in any way! This includes posts displaying either visually or literally children in adult content or sexual situations. If you do, there will be an investigation, and when found, you WILL be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law!
- You will not impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, Hangin Out Forums staff, forum owners, forum administrators, or staff. Neither will you misrepresent your affiliations with any of the afore mentioned individuals.
- You will not attempt to make unauthorized changes to the services provided.
- You will not upload, post or otherwise transmit, things you do not have a right to transmit under any current laws, or contractual agreements.
- You will not upload, post or otherwise transmit things that infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party.
- You will not upload, post or otherwise transmit unsolicited or unauthorized solicitations, advertisements, scams, schemes, etc. Spam and Junk Mail are strictly prohibited within, and by, Hangin Out Forums.
- You will not upload, post or otherwise transmit anything containing software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment.
- You will not disrupt the normal flow of dialogue, cause a screen to "scroll", or engage in harassment activities against any person, or forum, within Hangin Out Forums.
- You will not interfere with or disrupt the service, servers, or networks connected to the service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of Hangin Out Forums, or those sites it hosts.
- You will not intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law.
- You will not "stalk" or otherwise harass another. Violations will be investigated, and when necessary and possible, prosecuted to the fullest extend of applicable laws.
- You will not collect or store personal data about other users without their express consent.
- You will not promote or provide instruction about illegal activities, promote physical harm or injury against any group or individual, or promote any act of cruelty to animals.
- You will not attempt to migrate forums wars, flame wars, etc. into Hangin Out Forums from other sites, nor attempt to start them within Hangin Out Forums, or the sites it hosts.
- You will not use your account as storage for remote loading or as a door or signpost to a site beyond Hangin Out Forums.
- You will not register for multiple accounts any Hangin Out Forums service without first seeking permission to do so from Hangin Out Forums, and the staff in charge of that particular service, giving them all relevant information on all accounts.
- You will not cross post inflammatory messages between forums, nor indulge in activities that will cause distress among, or animosity between, forums or services hosted by Hangin Out Forums.
- You will not harbor individuals permanently sitewide banned from Hangin Out Forums, its partner sites, or affiliated services. If you are a forum owner, and found to be doing so, you may lose your forum and be banned as well. Think! Are they really worth it?
Submitted Content
Hangin Out Forums makes no claims of ownership to the content placed by members. However, in placing content, you grant Hangin Out Forums a world-wide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt and publish the content for the promotion of your site, and its presence within Hangin Out Forums. If your account is ever terminated, the content will be removed, and all promotions will cease.
You understand Hangin Out Forums does not pre-screen content, but does have the right to remove any content violating this T.O.S. You bear all risks associated with your content, including its accuracy, completeness, or usefulness.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Hangin Out Forums, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and volunteers, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your content, your use of the service, your connection to the service, your violation of the T.O.S, or your violation of another's rights.
No Resale Of Services
These services are offered freely for your use. You agree not to sell, abuse, or exploit any portion of these free services.
Modification Of Services
You understand Hangin Out Forums may at any time modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the services provided here without notice. You agree Hangin Out Forums shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of these free services.
Termination
You agree Hangin Out Forums may, at its discretion, terminate your account, and all services associated with your account without prior notice, if it is believed you have violated these Terms Of service. You agree Hangin Out Forums may at any time discontinue current and/or future services without notice, and without any liability to you or any third party.
Advertisement Placement
Adds may be displayed by us on pages of the main site, in staff run forums and chats, and designated areas; such as a Sponsors / Donators page accessible by a small text link in the forums. However, adds will not be placed by staff in member forums or chats, or on member or forum webpages. A forum, chat, or webpage owner may place their own adds in these areas, but we will not.
Advertisement Guidelines
All adds must meet the following basic requirements: No links to porn of any kind, animal cruelty, hate, terrorist, illegal, or dangerous websites. Any site your adds lead to must be virus, phishing, spyware, adware, etc. free. There are to be no popup, popunder, wiggly, jiggly, flashy, blinky, annoying adds whatsoever on this site. Any add that does not follow these basic guidelines will be removed, and the person who placed it warned. If they persist in placing such adds, more severe measures will be taken to deal with the situation.

Hangin Out Forums provides links to other websites, but accepts no responsibility, or liability, of any kind for their content. If you choose to use the links, you visit the associated sites completely at your own risk.

You acknowledge and agree the services and software used in connection with these services may contain proprietary and confidential information protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, and may be protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws.
